What form do the rewards take?
At the moment we offer two forms of reward – payment by PayPal, or in Amazon vouchers. Please note that Paypal charges a transaction fee.
How much will I receive for taking part?
You can earn up to £3 per survey, though this will vary depending on its length.
How do I check my balance?
To see your reward balance login to your account and click on “Your Profile” and “Redeem Rewards”. You will then see your balance and if you have reached the level to make a payout you will be advised that you can now choose to transfer your money to your chosen payment method.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Click on the “Redeem” button and then “I agree”. Your payout transaction will then change to status “pending” in your recent activity. Once the payment is processed and sent to you the status will change to “success”.
How do I change my payment method?
To change you payment method login to your account and
1 Click on “Your Profile”
2 Click on “Update Profile”
3 From the field “Payment method” select your payment method from the drop down box
Click “Update”
How much do I need to earn before I can request a transfer of my earnings?
You need to have earned £10.
Why is there a fee when I redeem money through PayPal?
PayPal reserves the right to charge a transaction fee for all transfers made through its system. This 2% fee is a processing charge applied to all transactions made.
